The location was favourable and fab, met cooperative staff at the reception desk. Really enjoyed the area, it was business and really close to a big mall which has a good food court, Close to shopping center, and a metro station within five minutes walking distance, a tram line, and a taxi piazza to the right of the front door.

The rooms here are great – they're modern, air-conditioned, and come with free Wi-Fi. You also get a Nespresso machine and a coffee table, making it super cozy ☕. the staff at the front desk are really friendly and helpful, too!

Our stay at Mercure was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located near the Zlote Tarasy shopping mall, making it so convenient for shopping and dining. We also found it easy to explore other parts of the city as the hotel is close to metro and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. we had a great experience at Mercure and would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and the location just across the road from a large shopping center made it easy to find everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was well-connected to transportation, making it simple to visit all the tourism sites in this city. The breakfast had a nice variety and the staff was friendly and helpful.

my recent stay at a hotel in warsaw was amazing! the location was unbeatable, right across from a huge shopping center. the staff were so kind and helpful, especially when our baby got sick. the breakfast was great too with a wide variety of options. overall, i couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was right in the heart of the city, close to the train station and metro, making it extremely convenient for exploring. The rooms were recently redecorated and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, offering us an upgrade and free welcome drinks.

One negative aspect was the staff at the reception. However, their attitude was impolite when we asked for travel information.
